Unbeatable location just off Mayo clinic, during a major golf tournament in the Jacksonville area as well as the port for the cruise. Extremely friendly staff.

Loved to be here, the hotel was clean and well-maintained, the location was convenient to the cruise port. We had the queen room and it was large with a king bed.

The room here has a nice setup with a big comfortable bed, a sofa that turns into a bed, and a fridge 🛋️. The service is really good too, and you can park your car for free 🚗.

I used the washer and dryer and other guest used it before me and left clothes in - I waited and walked back and forth for hours and then finally took them out and put them on top of dryer so I could get my clothes washed and dry and try to get some sleep - - this was a guest issue not a hotel or staff issue - so please don't judge - hotel and staff could not have corrected the rudeness of a guest

The room I stayed in was nicely furnished and brand-new with a pull-out couch and very comfortable beds. The food was good, I thoroughly enjoyed cookies and scrambled eggs served in the morning. The hotel was adjacent to restaurants, shopping places, and a really nice shopping center. The breakfast was free and check-in was easy.
